Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Specialist with a proven track record in handling M&A transactions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in due diligence, financial structuring, and negotiation, and will be responsible for managing complex M&A deals from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the due diligence process for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and legal teams to structure financial agreements.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate the potential benefits and risks of M&A transactions.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure favorable terms for all parties.
• Prepare financial models and reports to support M&A decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (legal, finance, tax, etc.) to ensure compliance and smooth transaction execution.
• Advise on financial structuring, including debt and equity financing, capital raising, and other strategic alternatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&A deals and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team based on M&A market trends and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in M&A, with a strong focus on due diligence, negotiation, and financial structuring.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and M&A transactions.
• Proven experience negotiating complex M&A deals, managing multiple stakeholders, and leading transaction execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory, legal, and tax implications of M&A transactions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional qualification is a plus.
