Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lending Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in loan structuring, risk assessment, and financial analysis, with a proven ability to handle complex commercial lending transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Structuring:
• Analyze client needs to design tailored loan structures.
• Evaluate collateral and other financial instruments to ensure loan security.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to meet both client and organizational objectives.
2. Risk Assessment:
• Assess creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other data sources.
• Conduct in-depth risk analysis to mitigate potential defaults.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
3. Financial Analysis:
• Perform detailed financial modeling to evaluate loan feasibility.
• Interpret cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements to assess financial health.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on financial data.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with sales, legal, and compliance teams to facilitate the loan process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial institutions.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure all lending activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all loan transactions.
• Generate periodic reports to track loan performance and portfolio health.

• Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance requirements.
