Area Manager - Gold Loans Job Location: Kolkata Salary: 20 - 25 Lpa Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Job Profile :

Looking for a smart and dynamic incumbent, who has prior experience of handling Gold Loans.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Profit and Loss Head of the Region.
* Responsible for Gold Loan Growth and handling 45-50 plus branches
* Responsible for achieving Cross Selling products of the region and maintaining
relation with Cross selling Peers to ensure smooth implementation of process.
* Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per the norms.
* Opening of new Branches as per the potential of the region.
* Responsible for overall administration of regions and do periodic visit to all the
branches of the region.
* Ensure cost effective fund management among branches with in the region.
* Ensure the gold loan SOP to be followed and inculcated in branch operations.
* Ensuring adherence to laid down instructions with regard to conduct of business
and administration by branches
* Reviewing Audit reports for the region and take necessary action.
* Liaison with local bodies and enforcement bodies.
* Periodic events to be programmed for the business promotion to create brand
equity for the company.
* Conducting Periodic training Programs to up skill the employees for new challenge.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate with min 12 to 15 years of exp is required.
2. Team handling experience is must.
3. Candidates working for BFSI/ NBFC clients with prior experience in Gold Loan sales
