• Selling logistics services: Promoting transportation services and solutions, and negotiating shipping contracts.

• Maintaining customer relationships: Growing revenue and relationships with existing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Communicating with customers: Communicating with customers, shippers, and receivers
