Job Description

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and solutions that drive success and growth for our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Candidate should have experience of IT Industry.
  • Highly motivated, energetic and results oriented. Having strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Develop compelling sales strategies and initiate a conversation with presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and marketing executives.
  • Be involved with the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Pro-actively take required measures to achieve sales goals.
  • Building new partners for creating strong lead pipeline and ability to think and establish other sales strategies Hands-on approach, assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required Representing organization at trade exhibitions, events, expos, and seminars.
  • Be involved with the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Actively seek and conduct meetings, deliver presentations with potential clients on phone/web and face to face.
  • Strong knowledge and hand on experience on the enterprise sales cycle, sales methodologies and experience with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualification
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: minimum 8-10 yrs
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
