Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing Planning:
Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans and programs to enhance brand awareness, engage customers and prospects, and generate new business opportunities.
Drive cross-selling and up-selling efforts to contribute to the sales pipeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Field Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-sales, and other stakeholders to manage and implement marketing programs aligned with business goals.
Budget Management:
Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets with a focus on return on investment (ROI).
Generate reports and analytics to evaluate results against regional targets and optimize marketing programs.
Channel Marketing:
Collaborate with the channel team and local partners to develop and execute regional channel marketing programs.
Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) in collaboration with local partners and key alliances.
Content Development and Localization:
Develop and/or localize press releases, sales enablement tools, presentations, collateral, websites, and regional success stories.
Maintain inventory for marketing collateral and promotional giveaways.
Internal Communication:
Communicate relevant marketing initiatives, events, product announcements, and sales enablement tools to the local team.
Lead and Database Management:
Manage lead generation and database processes in line with best practices.
Implement best practices with the SDR and sales teams, including lead dispositioning, lead qualification, and contact management.
Marketing Program Execution:
Orchestrate internal and external resources to launch and execute marketing programs.
Adhere to standardized marketing processes and ensure the adoption of marketing tools.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
Execute inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and virtual events to support regional objectives.
Education: Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
Proficiency in MS Windows applications.
Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with local sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and peers.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of the contact center and customer service market space, including current trends, is a plus.
