This position will be part of our Technology Delivery organization. The individual will be reporting to a Tech Lead or Tech PM in this position. This division takes care of our customer deliveries if the team is working on client projects. This division is also responsible for product development activities, working on RD activities, developing frameworks, developing IPs, Creating new platforms, and building products that can go global
The work location will be Client Location : East Pune.
5 Days work from office.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Scrum process and Provide the (SAFe) framework for the team to operate in as an efficient manner as possible.
- Administer the teams Jira Scrum board and delivery dashboards.
- Identify and manage risks/dependencies
- Plan and schedule the delivery process for the team, including raising/scheduling changes, defining timelines and stakeholder reports;
- Facilitate PI planning, including drafting PI plans and confirming the PI commitment for the team and Managing the teams capacity and availability throughout the PI.
- Collaborate with team members and the supporting product owner to ensure the backlog is up to date and prioritised and delivery of commitments is as per the product roadmap;
RequirementsSkills
- Display a strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, ideally Scaled Agile;
- Useful to have understanding of cloud technologies (AWS) and experience working with CI/CD pipelines used to deploy to large scale global platforms;
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Jira and Confluence and eazyBI
- Comprehensive understanding of Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address potential blockers and risks.
