Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with Regional Sales team to maintain a cordial relationship with customers.
- Manage Bid Management, RFP, Pricing, Preparing and Sharing proposal etc
- Provide complete assistance market unit representatives in managing sales process.
- Responsible for articulating the product value-propositions
- Provide competitive positioning, pricing / commercial proposals for customer engagements, ensuring deal profitability
Must-Have Skills:
- Sales and Business Development Expertise: Extensive experience in driving sales, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing proposals, reports,
- Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including regional sales and market unit representatives, to meet objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Strong capability to address challenges and identify alternative solutions in a competitive landscape.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the telecom industry with a specific focus on messaging and cloud-based platforms.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating large-scale contracts and driving complex deal structures.
- Project Management: Familiarity with managing large projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
