Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (HR Specialization)

Location: Delhi

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in Human Resources (HR) to join our team.

This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing HR-focused solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of business acumen, HR knowledge, and sales ability to help expand our HR service offerings and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR services sector, including staffing, talent management, HR consulting, employee engagement, and HR technology solutions.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging HR trends, client needs, and potential gaps in the market.

- Analyze competitors and identify areas of differentiation for our services.

Sales Strategy & Lead Generation:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for HR solutions, focusing on generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining high client retention rates.

Proposal Development & Presentation:

- Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our HR solutions, and driving business growth.

Collaboration with HR and Service Teams:

- Work closely with HR and service delivery teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR projects and services.

Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals:

- Lead the negotiation and closure of contracts with prospective clients.

- Ensure terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.

Networking & Industry Events:

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish credibility within the HR community.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and report on business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Use KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- MBA or advanced certifications in HR or business development is a plus.

Experience:

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales, preferably with a focus on HR services or HR technology.

- Experience in managing client relationships, sales cycles, and contract negotiations.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR technology.

- Familiarity with HR outsourcing, recruitment, and staffing services is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to create strategic business plans.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

- Highly proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
