Job Title: Manager- Business Development
Reporting to: HOD

Purpose of the job:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Job Description:
1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and market insights to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
4. Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and deliver value.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards targets using CRM software. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecast.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with at least [insert number] years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience into solutions selling, corporate sales, enterprise sales , IT solution sales.
- Advanced degree or professional certificationsin Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with IT hardware & networking solutions, Data center solutions.
Prerequisites:
- Shift Timing- 9:30 am -06:45 PM IST / 6 days a week.
- Prior work experience in sales with matrix organization.
