Looking for Enterprise Account Manager
Industry : Telecom.
Location : Bengaluru.
Experience : 3-5 Years.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Min. 3+ years of demonstrable track record of success within new Business.
- Generation, SME and Enterprise Sales, including self-generated outbound leads within the Enterprise space.
- Experience within the SaaS market/or Enterprise Software.
- Thorough understanding of the sales 2.x process and ability to navigate the sales cycles effectively.
- Knowledge About IVR, OBD, SMPP, C2C, VOIP products are must.
- Outstanding online presentation and demonstration skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexible to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.
- Self-motivated, persistent and dependable is a must.
- Good understading of Voice & SMS industry
- Hunting role in large accounts (with inbound leads support for Small Business).
- Key Focus on hunting new Logos Good Connect with the CXO level from Fintech, BFSI, Ecomm, Retail industry.
- Need to have good communication skill (preferrably south languages such as Kannada & Tamil is a plus).
- Handling CXO level conversations and pitching our product to them.
- Generate new business within the enterprise segment through self-generated leads and inbound support for small business. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level executives. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Qualifications: 3-5 years of demonstrable success in new business generation, SME, and Enterprise sales, including self-generated outbound leads. Experience in the SaaS or Enterprise Software market is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IVR, OBD, SMPP, C2C, and VoIP products is essential. Excellent online presentation, communication (verbal and written), and listening skills. Self-motivated, persistent, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Proven ability to hunt for new business and manage large accounts.
- Existing network of CXO-level contacts within Fintech, BFSI, E-commerce, and Retail industries is a plus. Fluency in Kannada or Tamil is a plus.
