- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys goals and target audience.
- Identify key social media platforms for the brands presence based on audience demographics and industry trends.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for social media campaigns, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Create compelling, high-quality, and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Adapt content to fit the unique requirements and styles of different social media channels.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Foster a positive online community by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Initiate and participate in conversations relevant to the brand, industry, and trends.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Create ad copy, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics using platforms such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Insights.
- Provide regular reports detailing key performance indicators, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and partners for collaborations, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage influencer relationships, ensuring that campaigns align with the brands values and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Propose innovative ideas to keep the brands social media presence fresh and engaging.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram Marketing.
- Good knowledge about paid as well as organic social media activities.
- Must have hands-on experience in paid marketing.
- Good Communication Required
- Willing to learn new things, stay upto date with current social media trends
- Have good experience in social media tools
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
