Job Description

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies specifically for the corporate training sector.
  • Identify and segment potential client industries, companies, and key decision-makers that would benefit from corporate training services.

Lead Identification and Qualification:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and gather relevant training industry-specific information.
  • Utilize CRM software, industry-specific databases, and networking to track and qualify leads.
Marketing and Outreach:
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create industry-specific content that engages and nurtures potential leads.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, webinars, whitepapers, and other digital marketing efforts tailored to corporate training needs.
Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through industry-specific communication and follow-ups.
  • Attend corporate training industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and understand industry trends.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics within the corporate training context to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status specific to the corporate training market for senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads within the corporate training context.
  • Coordinate with training program developers and instructional designers to understand service offerings and tailor pitches accordingly.
Skills:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies specific to corporate training services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the value of corporate training services.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
  • Deep familiarity with corporate training programs, industry trends, and key players.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, events, and industry conferences..

Qualifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate
 
Experience : 6 + years of experience in lead generation/ Sales within the corporate training industry
