Client Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a completely onsite role, requiring hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in IT recruitment, New Client Engagement and a strong understanding of technical hiring processes

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and social media to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or internal databases.
• Target Achievement:
• Meet daily submission targets by sourcing and submitting qualified profiles.
• Ensure a minimum number of monthly onboardings as per the company's hiring goals.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing (Contract & Permanent Hiring).
• Expertise in sourcing candidates from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and understanding of technical job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Experience using ATS and CRM tools for candidate tracking.
• Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and manage high-volume hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in staffing agencies or consulting firms is a plus.
• Prior success in achieving submission and onboarding targets within TAT (Turnaround Time).
