Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven CEO/Operations Manager who can take charge of end-to-end operations, from software development and staffing to corporate training and business development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and scaling organisations, streamlining operations, and delivering results in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the organisation, including software development, staffing, corporate training, and day-to-day operations.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and position the company as a leader in the software development industry.

Team Building: Hire and mentor department heads and key team members to build a high-performing, cohesive team capable of executing the companys vision.

Business Development: Identify and secure new projects and partnerships to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities for the organisation.

Process Optimisation: Streamline operations, implement best practices, and establish scalable processes to support the companys growth.

Corporate Training: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure the company operates within its means while achieving profitability.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CEO, Operations Manager, or similar, within a software development or tech start-up environment.

- Strong understanding of software development processes, project management, and industry trends.

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale organizations, including hiring and managing department heads.

- Excellent business acumen with a track record of securing projects and driving revenue growth.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in corporate training and talent development is a plus.
