Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Expert with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Proficiency in video editing tools is essential, as you will be creating and editing video content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand.
Educational Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, and videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful content.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
