Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos (Reels) for Instagram and Facebook.

• Utilize trending audio, effects, and creative editing techniques to enhance the appeal of the videos.

• Incorporate company branding, messaging, and products into each video creatively.

Campaign Strategy:

• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align video content with broader social media strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Suggest creative concepts and video themes based on current trends, company goals, and audience interests.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor the performance of Reels through platform analytics.

• Adjust and optimize content strategies based on performance metrics, audience feedback, and trends.

• Stay updated with platform algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Cross-Platform Management:

• Repurpose and adapt video content for other platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.

• Coordinate with social media managers to schedule and post content timely.

Creative Innovation:

• Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly with Instagram and Facebook Reels, to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

• Experiment with different content formats, editing styles, and storytelling techniques to engage diverse audiences.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Proven experience in creating social media video content, particularly for Instagram Reels and Facebook.

• Portfolio of previous work, showcasing creativity and understanding of social media trends.

Skills:
