Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will manage payroll processes with accuracy, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle employee queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Maintain payroll records, update employee details, and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor laws.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or other platforms).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
