Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Expert to join our team for the Aditya Birla process. The candidate will play a key role in generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery via telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.

Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.

Customer Support:

Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telesales or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.

Working Hours: Standard working hours with flexibility as per business needs.
