Full Stack Developer (React.js & Node.js)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless POS system integrations.
• Handle asynchronous background job processing with Redis & Bull.
• Improve system performance through caching strategies (Redis/Firestore).
• Debug, test, and deploy new features following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and scalability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2+ years in Full Stack Development.
• Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Backend Expertise: Experience with Redis-based job processing (Bull/Resque).
• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis/Firestore).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, payment gateways, and scalable architectures.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR) is a plus.
