Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and role specifications.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with respective departments.
• Create and manage job postings on various job portals, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and social media platforms.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Schedule and manage interview logistics, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
• Participate in candidate evaluation discussions and make hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain strong communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection.
• Maintain recruitment reports on open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring timelines.
• Ensure the recruitment database is kept up to date and confidential.
• Assist in developing long-term talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes based on market trends and company objectives.
