Draughtsman / Draftsman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman with expertise in the fire protection and safety industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and designs for fire safety systems, including fire sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, and suppression systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for fire protection systems, including layouts, schematics, and isometric drawings.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and clients to understand design requirements.
• Review designs to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards such as NFPA,BIS, or other relevant codes.
• Update drawings based on new regulations or client feedback.
• Maintain an organized database of drawings and technical documents.
• Support the project team during site visits, design revisions, and technical discussions.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or relevant technical field.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the fire protection or similar industry.
• Familiarity with fire safety systems like sprinklers, hydrants, suppression systems, and alarms.

Location : Vikhroli West, Mumbai.

Working hours : Monday to Saturday (9:30am to 6:30pm) - 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday Off.
