Job Description:

• Prepare and crosscheck bills for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Verify quantities of materials and measurements as per drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain records of all project invoices, payment schedules, and contracts.
• Cross-check contractor claims with BOQ, approved budgets and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Ensure cost estimation, budgeting, and final bill settlement for projects.
• Generate periodic financial reports for project cost tracking and payment status.
