Development of semiconductor nanostructures for optoelectronic application

Qualification

:

M. Sc. (2 years) / Integrated M.Sc. (5 years) degree in Physics or Material sciences

Describe if any

Candidates with valid GATE score and having practical experiences in the field of nanomaterials designing optoelectronics will be given preference

Stipend

:

Rs. 31,000/- per month fellowship + 8% HRA, will be given as per Institute norms.
