The Tender Head will be responsible for managing all aspects of tender preparation, submission, and follow-up, ensuring compliance with client requirements, company policies, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of power transformer technology, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver winning tender proposals.

Qualifications:

3. Strong understanding of power transformer technology, specifications, and industry standards.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in tender documentation and cost estimation.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
8. Knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and negotiation techniques.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
