Job Summary

Chikitsa.io is looking for a Post-Sales IT Support Representative with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT/software support. The ideal candidate should have basic software development knowledge, expertise in Microsoft products, and excellent troubleshooting skills. This is a field role, requiring the candidate to visit clients, assist with software implementation, resolve issues, and ensure smooth post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Implementation: Assist customers with software setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Technical Support: Provide post-sales technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training to clients.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve software-related problems, escalate complex issues to the technical team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Software Customization Support: Use basic software development knowledge to assist clients in minor software customization or configurations.
• Field Visits: Travel to client locations in Jaipur for on-site troubleshooting and support.
• Training & Documentation: Educate clients on software usage and maintain records of support interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in post-sales IT support, field support, or software implementation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Windows, Office, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of software development (understanding of databases, APIs, or scripting).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting software and system issues.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Comfortable with on-site client visits and fieldwork.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month .
