Job Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and app navigation.
• Manage email support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
• Assist users with concerns related to transactions, payments, and financial services.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams while ensuring a seamless resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and empathetic support.
• Adhere to company policies, security guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fintech, banking, or BPO environments.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with fintech products or mobile apps is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and customer support software.
