1. Engage with patients, providing clear information on VigoHearts benefits and answering questions to facilitate a positive onboarding experience.
2. Present VigoHeart’s value in patient-friendly terms, explaining how continuous monitoring can enhance arrhythmia management and overall heart health.
3. Guide patients through the onboarding process with empathy and clarity, ensuring they feel informed and supported from the initial interaction through activation.
3. Data Management and Reporting
1. Use CRM tools (e.g., Freshdesk) to document lead interactions, track patient conversion metrics, and provide progress updates to the sales management team.
2. Analyze data on lead performance and conversion rates, offering insights to refine patient outreach strategies.
4. Sales Process Optimization
1. Identify and implement improvements in lead handling and patient engagement to boost conversion efficiency.
2. Participate in sales team training, sharing best practices and providing feedback on patient-centered approaches.
5. Collaboration and Communication
1. Work in tandem with marketing to relay feedback on patient experiences and lead quality as needed.
