Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to support the execution of our promotional events, camps, and kiosks at various locations, including hospitals. This role is focused on driving product awareness, engaging directly with potential customers, and managing the end-to-end execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships on-site, and handle all operational aspects of event logistics and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Product Demonstration & Engagement:
* Manage and set up kiosks or booths at events and camps.
*Actively engage with visitors, explain product offerings, and answer customer inquiries.
*Convince and educate potential customers about the benefits of the product, addressing their needs and concerns in real-time.
*Collect customer data, feedback, and queries for follow-up and improvement.
2. Event Execution & Operations :
* Coordinate and handle all logistical aspects of the event or camp, including booth setup, material preparation, and on-ground operations.
* Ensure smooth execution of the event, meeting targets and timelines.
* Collaborate with event and marketing teams to ensure that all promotional materials and resources are available for the events.
3. Partner Relationship Management:
* Liaise with partners to ensure all event-related requirements are met.
* Conduct end-to-end discussions with partners regarding event setup, expectations, and operational needs.
* Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders involved in the event or camp.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
* Maintain detailed records of event activities, feedback, and outcomes.
* Provide post-event reports summarizing the event performance, customer interactions, and opportunities identified.
* Assist in tracking the performance metrics for each event and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
5. Collaboration & Support:
* Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals, promotional strategies, and follow-ups.
* Support the business development team with lead generation and customer acquisition during and after events.
Qualifications & Skills :
1. Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience : At least 2-5 years of experience in event management, sales, or business development. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers on the spot.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to manage unexpected challenges during events.
5. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Additional Requirements:
1. Willingness to travel and work on-site at various event locations.
2. Flexible working hours based on event schedules (including weekends or evenings, if necessary).
