Role & responsibilities
• Will be responsible for attainment of stipulated sales targets in relevant area of responsibility. Meeting or exceeding Sales Targets.
• Management of set core target groups.
• Support for customers in a wide range of project tenders, from planning to conclusion.
• Support for launch of new products and training of customers in their practical application.
• Realization of market-handling campaigns in your sales territory.
• Receipt and transmission of complaints.
• Receipt of technical-support enquiries (First Level himself) (Second Level Support: to be passed on to specialists).
• Function management and coordination of a sales team.
• Management of CRM information in accordance with stipulated standards (team responsibility)
• Relationship management with Architects, Plumbing Consultants, Plumbing Contractors, Builders and end-users
• Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for the organization
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to increase sales volumes
Requirement Profile
➢ Some years (6-10 Years) of experience in technical sales.
➢ MBA with Marketing is required. Graduation in any stream is fine.
➢ B.E / B. Tech will be added advantage
➢ Industry - Building & Material Industry
