What is the role?
Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is the face of VidyutTech(VT) in the territory (5-6 cities) for our partners and key customers. He/She is responsible for Vidyut business growth in the territory by setting growth channels for the company Dealer channel and Fleet Operators. TSM shall also coordinate with the Marketing team to conduct brand promotion and awareness activities in the designated territory. The role entails significant travel throughout the territory across allocated dealers, fleet operators and marketing activities. Upto 75% of the working days may involve travel from base location.
Responsibilities
● Dealer Relationship Management - Regular meeting the dealers and increase the wallet share of VT
● Market and Competitive intelligence Understand new products / offerings being launched in
market and provide feedback to VT product and risk team
● Co-ordinating BTL activities with Marketing and Dealer team to promote VT brand and product
● Fleet operator business development Creating a sustained pipeline of business from medium tolarge fleet operators in the territory
● Meeting with key customers across the territory to explain product and to gather feedback
Skills / Background
Candidate must have a sales background of minimum 3 year in below industries.
a. Insurance
b. Edutech
c. Financial institutions our similar institutions.
OR
a. Fresher MBA with sales and marketing as major
b. Graduates BBA, Bcom, Bsc with 3+ years of Exp
● Should be minimum Graduate/ Post Graduate. MBA is not mandatory but will be added as
advantage.
● Graduates are welcome along with Work experience of minimum 2 year experience.
● Quick learner, Smart and awareness of local language is must.
● Willing to travel 75% of his work time in field.
● Should be aware of the local area, residing at least 2 years in the city.
