Job Title: HR Executive Talent Acquisition & Training & Development

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Executive who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic to join our Human Resources team. The role will focus on Talent Acquisition, as well as Training & Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and enhancing employee performance and skills through well-structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various positions across departments.
• Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates via job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Offer Management: Assist in preparing and extending job offers, including negotiation and finalizing candidate employment agreements.
• Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by facilitating documentation, induction programs, and ensuring a positive experience during the first days at work.

Training & Development:

• Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs for employees based on performance reviews, departmental goals, and business objectives.
• Training Program Design & Implementation: Develop, implement, and coordinate training programs for both new hires and existing employees to improve skills, knowledge, and job performance.
• External Training Providers: Research and liaise with external vendors or training providers to deliver specialized courses.
• Training Record Management: Track and maintain detailed records of training activities and employee progress.
• Employee Engagement: Organize team-building exercises and employee development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
