Market Analysis and Strategy: o Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new markets and customer needs within the CRGO, Radiator Transformer Components, and Copper Wire sectors. o Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives in the export and international business development (IBD) areas. 2. Business Development: o Identify and establish contact with potential customers, partners, and distributors in target international markets. o Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction. 3. Sales Management: o Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective clients. o Manage and coordinate all aspects of sales cycles, from initial contact to closing the deal, including negotiations and contract management. 4. Export Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements. o Handle logistics and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes. 5. Marketing and Promotion: o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including trade shows, online marketing, and print advertising, to promote products in international markets. o Develop marketing materials and presentations tailored to various international clients and markets. 6. Product Knowledge and Training: o Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities in the CRGO, Radiator Transformer Components, and Copper Wire industries. o Train and support internal teams and distributors on product features, benefits, and application. 7. Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management. o Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. 8. Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. o Address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive company image. 9. Team Collaboration: o Collaborate with the internal team, including production, R&D, and quality assurance, to ensure customer requirements are met. o Support the marketing manager in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required, approximately 10 to 15 days in the month.
