Business Development Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing specialist to join our growing marketing team in a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase our market share in the PCB manufacturing industry.

Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute marketing plans
Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and sales of our PCB products.
Oversee and report the progress and metrics of marketing activities to management.
Collaborate with the technical team
Work closely with the technical team to understand current production capabilities and identify ideal target customers
Pre-screen leads and inquiries, and only involve the technical team only for high-quality prospects
Provide inputs about current and future industry requirements to inform strategy discussions about new capability developments.
Create Marketing Materials
Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and online content as needed.
Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Build Industry Relationships
Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and share insights with the broader team.
Candidates with many of the below qualifications will be preferred.

Education and Experience
Masters's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in a product marketing role with increasing responsibilities, preferably in the electronics industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Comfortable with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams
Project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the PCB manufacturing industry
Working knowledge of PCB design, manufacturing, and applications
Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
