• Work closely with the team to develop and implement market expansion strategies, identifying opportunities for growth in

BTL and Trade Marketing:

• Collaborate with respective marketing leads to optimize trade channels, strengthen relationships with distributors and B2B

partners and plan effective trade schemes

• Utilize market intelligence to design trade propositions, ensuring a competitive edge in the market and fostering strong

relationships with the trade partners

ATL Marketing:

• Work closely with the respective marketing leads to strategize and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various

channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact reach

• Oversee strategic media planning and buying efforts, optimizing costs, and ensuring maximum visibility for marketing

campaigns

Budgeting and Performance Analysis:

• Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across product, trade and ATL marketing for maximum

impact

• Analyze performance metrics for all marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement and aligning effort

with the business goals

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

• Engage with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and business
