Director - Generative AI (10-12 yrs)

The Director of Generative AI plays a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of generative AI strategies, algorithms, and models for the organization.

This role is critical in driving innovation, solving complex problems, and contributing to the advancement of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the research and development of generative AI technologies and algorithms.

- Manage a team of AI engineers and researchers to drive the implementation of generative AI solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for generative AI applications.

- Oversee the design and implementation of generative AI models to address specific business challenges.

- Excellent understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and transparency.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex generative AI concepts to diverse audiences.

- Publication record in top AI conferences and journals.

- Experience in patenting generative AI technologies and processes is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different functions of the organization.
