Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for residential real estate projects, including luxury properties.
  
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing communication materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and optimize results.
  
• Oversee property sales efforts by providing guidance on pricing strategy, negotiation techniques, and closing deals.
