Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Remote B2B Tele-Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, maintaining strong follow-up practices, and ensuring all interactions are well-documented. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into clients in the flood restoration and water damage service industry.

This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently. Success in this role depends on consistency, organization, and effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate interest in our services.
  • Identify key decision-makers within property management companies, insurance firms, construction businesses, and commercial property owners.
  • Utilize various methods to bypass gatekeepers and reach decision-makers.
  • Research and update prospect lists to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.

2. Consistency in Approach & Lead Nurturing

  • Develop a systematic approach to outreach and follow-ups to maximize engagement with cold leads.
  • Maintain a consistent sales pitch and refine it based on customer feedback.
  • Apply best practices in lead nurturing, ensuring every interaction adds value to the prospect.
  • Build rapport and establish trust through professional communication.

3. Follow-Up Strategies for Cold Leads

  • Implement a structured follow-up process to re-engage cold leads.
  • Send follow-up emails, schedule call-backs, and provide additional information based on past interactions.
  • Address objections professionally and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Track response rates and adjust follow-up techniques for optimal conversion.

4. CRM & Record Maintenance

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospects using CRM software.
  • Log calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
  • Track the progress of each lead through the sales funnel.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely updates to support sales forecasting and strategy.

5. Performance & Reporting

  • Set and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights on lead conversion rates.
  • Analyze call performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the management team to refine sales strategies.

6. Market Research & Industry Awareness

  • Stay informed about industry trends in flood restoration and water damage services.
  • Understand competitor offerings and differentiate our services effectively.
  • Keep track of changes in regulations and insurance policies that impact potential clients.

7. Collaboration & Team Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align messaging and strategies.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help improve service offerings.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, tele-sales, or remote sales.
✅ Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities.
Persistence and resilience in handling objections.
✅ Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ Prior experience in water damage, restoration, or service-based industries is a plus.
