We are seeking an experienced and result driven Pre Sales/Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team.

1. As a key member of team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospective customers and supporting the sales lifecycle.
2. Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.
3. Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
4. Support the Sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support and successful transition to Direct Sales.

Person specification (competencies). Requirements: -

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales support
2. Preferred experience in BPO and lead generation,
3. Exposure to UK/US clients
