- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g, job boards, social media, employee referrals).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve employee morale and satisfaction.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs and develop customized training plans.
- Monitor employee training and development programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Identify and address performance issues.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- HRIS Management: Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and employee data.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Skills: Strong recruitment, training & development, and performance management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g, Workday, ADP) is a plus.
- Certifications: HR certifications (e.g, SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
