Product Strategy : Communicate a clear product roadmap of prioritized features & initiatives to (a) Improve content discovery experience, (b) help users get to the content of their liking fast, and (c) create smooth & personalized experience for new & existing users to deepen their engagement on JioCinema organically.
Product Execution : Ship products that execute stated Growth strategies effectively through clear & actionable product specs (PRDs, GTM plans, Jira Issues, etc.) and hands-on sprint management to ship high quality products within cost / quality / time budgets
Influencing People : Influence business leaders & publishing teams to build the right content discovery prioritized for users. Work with multiple business categories to balance between new content scale up & growing engagement for existing content while improving platform watching conversion.
Customer Insight : Generate actionable quant insights. Deeply understand customers expressed and latent needs, wants & desires with respect to their content finding and content consumption patterns.
Who should apply
Candidates with 4-6 years of experience in the relevant space
This role requires deep consumer understanding & a significant operational focus due to the need for collaboration with various teams, vendors, and partners to manage the numerous components within the product. Candidates who meet these requirements are encouraged to apply
