ERP Support Executive - Pharma - Kandivali

VHB Medi Sciences Limited is looking for an ERP Support Executive to join our IT Department. If you have strong technical and functional expertise in ERP systems, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for ERP systems, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Build and manage database queries, and maintain the ERP system and Oracle Database
• Handle daily user queries and provide timely support for any ERP-related issues
• Develop and manage Crystal Reports, customizing them as per business needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation, including SRS (Software Requirements Specifications)
• Additional knowledge in documentation and SRS will be a plus

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems
• Proficient in Oracle Database
• Hands-on experience with query building and ERP/database maintenance
• Experience with Crystal Report building
