Regional Business Manager - Pharma Sales - Injectable - Critical Care

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional targets for injectable products in critical care medicine.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Build strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and resolve issues related to product availability or supply chain disruptions.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or management with expertise in injectables (parenteral) sterile formulations.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
