Role & responsibilities
- Serving as an internal support function in day to day operations
- Upgrading and/or implementing ERP software solutions
- Has understanding of MIS report generating and presenting in a readable format.
- Customizing and configuring interdepartmental workflow to facilitate ERP/SAP integration with other applications
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues with ERP/SAP systems
- Troubleshooting to differentiate between user and system errors
- Analyzing workflow, process improvement, etc. to streamline operations
- Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure that ERP/SAP solutions complement organizational priorities
