Logistics Executive - Pharma - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage pre-shipment activities, including export documentation and customs clearance.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and freight forwarders for smooth logistics operations.
  
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipments by preparing necessary documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions using MIS systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical logistics or related field (import & export).
  
• Bachelor's degree in B.Com or equivalent specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of EXIM policies, licensing requirements, and regulations governing the pharma industry.
  
• Proficiency in handling various software applications such as import/export documentation software.
