Export Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documentation as per PO, PI , contract & LC terms.
• Timely arrangement Containers for stuffing at factories (Co-ordination with plant)
• Follow up with FF / CHA to file Custom Documentation on time, Transportation of Containers as per Vessel Planning.
• Making Proper shipment planning & co-ordinate with the Production, Marketing, and Account departments for execution of Export shipment.
• Prepare BL/AWB Instructions as per Normal & LC terms and release them on time.
• End to end communication/co-ordination from order confirmation to delivery of goods/documents with overseas customer
• Prepare reports finaicial year & management point of view.
• Liaison with CHA / Shipping & Forwarding agents / Factories QA/QC/STORES/PPIC within the company
• Calculation of freight / consignment stuffing in container as per management requirement

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-7 years of experience in export logistics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EXIM policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents like CHA (Certificate of Origin), Shipping Bills etc.
• Ability to work effectively with international customers and vendors.
