Export Logistics Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documentation as per PO, PI Contract & LC terms
• Timely arrangement containers for studding at Factories (Co- Ordination with Plant)
• Followup with FF/ CHA to file Custom Documentation on time, Transportation of containers as per vessel planning
• Making proper shipment planning & coordinate with the production Marketing and account departments for execution of export shipment
• Prepare BL/AWB Instructions as per Normal & LC terms and release them on time
• End to end communication /coordination from order confirmation to delivery of goods / documents with Overseas Customer
• Prepare reports financial year & management point of view
• Liasion with CHA / Shipping & forwarding agents / Factories QA/QC/STORES /PPIC within the company
• Calculation of freight / Consigment stuffing in container as per management requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with 2+years of experience in export documentation / shipping / Pre-shipment and post shipment documentation / liaison with banks, doing LC documents; freight forwarding agents, CHA, Customs etc. / knowledge of SAP, Knowledge of post export benefits VIZ EPCG /advance license / drawback /RoDETP / is desirable.
