Manager ( .Net ) / Divisional Manager

Must have : Agre should not be more than 42 years
To be a Single Point of Contact between business and core development team
As and when required, use new techniques, architecture, and frameworks of building and
maintaining the web based CRMs.
Exposed to all facets of Project Consulting viz. Conceptualization, Data Collection & Analysis, Design, Implementation and Development
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and related challenges & solutions in each stage
Effectively maintain the web application/CRM to ensure 100% uptime
Resolve all technical and functional issues of the CRMs, including security vulnerabilities with the help of IT Security team
Monitor web server and site technical performance
Understand the business requirement and have that implemented through core development team or a vendor
Work with internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements and help to define critical measurements. Provide high-level insight and detailed segment analysis as appropriate.
Work with other cross-functional teams to integrate web data/application with other
sources
Performing personnel functions (e.g. interviewing, evaluating, supervising, etc.) for the
purpose of maintaining adequate staffing, enhancing productivity of personnel and
achieving objectives.
Security aware at all stages of the development process - APIs, application, data at rest and motion, cloud security etc. Familiarity with the top OWASP threats and experience in
mitigating these in application design is MUST.

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in web development.
Along with strong people management & planning skills, the candidate should be fully hands-on on ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, and Core) and SQL Server; and should be able to work with team should-to-shoulder and in individual capacity.
Strong hands-on experience of Web development using Microsoft ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, and Core), SQL Server, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and ReactJS/NextJS
Experience in deployment and designing of reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
Experience in Designing, Developing, Deploying & managing multi-tier application using .Net framework & C#
Should have hands-on experience in working with DevOps and creation of CI/CD pipelines
Should have decent exposure to working in Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.
Should have strong understanding of various architectures, web techniques, and design
patterns
Should have fair understanding of web application security and its implementation nitty-gritties
Strong written and verbal communications skills and proactive approach
Detail oriented, with strong mathematical, analytical and reporting skills.
Must be able to understand and analyse data and derive actionable.
Excellent data visualization, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively multi-task and
prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
