Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated .NET Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying web applications and services using Angular, .NET Core, MSSQL, Web APIs, and Microservices. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development and requires excellent problem-solving and team management skills.

Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development.

Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering projects on time.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Tools and Platforms

CI/CD pipelines and build tools.

Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) are a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise

Frontend: Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

Backend: Expertise in .NET Core framework, C#, and building scalable back-end services.

Database: Proficient in MSSQL, including database design, optimization, and writing complex SQL queries.

Web APIs: Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Microservices: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools.

Technical Leadership

Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Full Stack Development

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Angular for the front end and .NET Core for the back end.

Develop RESTful Web APIs and microservices to support application functionality and integration.

Write efficient SQL queries and work with MSSQL databases to manage and retrieve data.

Architecture and Design

Architect and develop end-to-end solutions following industry standards and architectural best practices.

Implement and maintain microservices architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
