Senior Manager - Digital Content Management

Job Description:

- Responsible for meeting quality and productivity SLAs within the content team.

- Conduct quality checks as defined across all processes for team members and share feedback in real time.

- Maintain and share reports as per defined timelines.

- Participate in ad hoc projects involving digital transformation.

- Maintain content governance of websites in line with guidelines ensuring high levels of re-usability and commonality.

- Ensure content hierarchy is maintained and that CMS content changes are done in line with best practices

- Shape strategic and tactical content plans based on genuine consumer insight.

- Assess and define content gaps to deliver against customer needs and strategic business priorities, ensuring learnings and insights are translated into clear recommendations for journey development, user experience, and new product development.

- Provide guidance to business teams to support the design and execution of new and existing content.

- Participation in projects as content SME advising and contributing as required e.g. testing of user experience.

- Judicious use of natural resources.

- Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization

- 8-10 years of experience within the digital and e-commerce industry

- Experience of using Content Management tools

- Team management and reporting experience

- Experience working in digital teams

- Commercial experience working in a content environment, preferably with client-side e-commerce experience

- Experience of running content and UX optimization programmes

- Prior experience and understanding of the visa outsourcing market is a plus
